With the PLS Rail Profi les, the smoothest and most comfortable hoist tracking
systems can be created. The four main profi les, combined with the newest
technologies, make the hoist glide smoothly from one place to the next.
PLS Profi le Curves
With the PLS rail system, complete routes can be installed for the
ceiling hoist for disabled patient handling, regardless of the location
and the distances to be covered.
Whether it involves a monorail, a single XY system or a system
for a complete fl oor, with the PLS rail system you can reach
every corner of every room. Curved railparts are available
in 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree turns allowing you optimal
placing fl exibility. with a bending radius of 480mm it is a
perfect fi t for every situation.
Wall mounted track systems
The Wall Mounted Track system enables a
system that doesn’t require fi xings to the
ceiling. Its clever design has built in fl exibity
to allow for situations where the walls are not
exactly parallel.
The underside can function as a picture hanging system
or can alternatively be fi tted with ambient LED lighting.
PLS Rail Profi les
In order to bridge every and any gap we’ve created four
main profi les. Our A-profi le, the backbone of the
PLS hoist track, is our most versatile profi le.
This track is also available in various curves.
Other options include an embeddable profi le
and 2 stronger profi les capable of heavier loads
and bridging larger gaps. With the standard colour
being RAL 9010, all tracks can be optionally painted
in any other RAL colour desired.
